How Can Stomach Discomfort And Diarrhea Be Treated?

I had the flu the last couple days and haven t eaten hardly anything, because my upset stomach. But I m having huge stomach growling and diarrhea that can best be described as light brown water. I just want to make sure this is typical. Thanks for your time.

The symptoms you are describing is suggestive of viral Gastroenteritis or stomach flu.
Drink plenty of fluids to avoid dehydration, drink fluids rich in electrolytes like Gatorade, follow BRAT (Banana, Rice, Applesauce and Toast) diet.
Avoid citrus fruit juice.
Take adequate rest.
The symptoms will subside in 6-7 days.
