How Can Stomach Ache, Loose Stools With Buttock Pain Be Treated?

I had my baby a month ago. For the last for days I have had a stomach ache and loose stools. I have to run to the bathroom several times an hour. But I have gotten to where it is either clear or brown tinged but mucus like and then I feel as I have to go but there's nothing left to come out. Also I have gone enough the last couple days that my butt hurts to sit and my rectum seems to feel as thoguh I am pushing when I'm not. Any ideas

Hello,

It is likely an intestine infection with fissure at the anus. You must get assessed by your family doctor for prompt results.

Primary working guidelines for present:
- Sitz bath regularly
- Plenty of liquids to maintain hydration
- Soft, bland diet with fresh yogurt
- Prescription of antibiotic, probiotics, anti-spasmodic tablets with your health care provider
