How Can Stomach Ache Caused By Drinking Kerosene Be Treated?

my baby accidentally drank kerosene and was given medications like liquid panadol, amoxil and injected hydrocortisone but he is still having a terrible pain in the stomach and he is unable to eat any foods than just little sip of water . what is the next step can i under take and which medication can i give him now?

He likely needs to be reassessed by his doctor since the pain is continuing and it is restricting his diet.

Steroids and antibiotics have not been found to be helpful for many persons who ingest kerosene.

Pain may be due to irritation of the stomach lining so the use of medications such as pepcid or zantac may be helpful but it would be best to speak to his doctor.
