Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi I am Nadia Islam.I am 30 years old. This my 3rd pregnancy. My two babies delivered normally at 32 and 36 weeks of pregnancy . but both of them died at 8th days of their birth due to convulsion, synasis, hamper to get oxygen into their brain and at last DIC develop into them. Now i am 18 weeks of pregnancy. My doctor suggest me for shiratkar suchar . Another doctor suggest me to take Nexum Mups,Duphaston(10 mg) & Microgest twice daily. Which one is safe for me?
Before deciding for the medications, I here suggest to find out the cause of recurrent pregnancy loss, which can be part of folate insufficiency, genetic issue, TORCH syndrome, ABO incompatibility or else; which will figure out the precise mode of action to avoid stillbirth.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Purva Patel,
