How Can Staph Infection After A Back Surgery Be Treated?
I had a back surgery was fused again and got a staph infection when I had this back surgery several times they wouldn t let me walk I went to to hospital 6 weeks ago where my back exploded in the er they took me in for emergency surgery cleaned it out the infection dr put me on antibiotics and released me on Iv antibiotics though the Picc line on Oxacillin after surgery I had migraines and high blood pressure but not always at the same time sometimes my blood pressure was normal and I had migraines I never had migraines before so when I got home my migraine seem to go away but I ve been dealing with the high blood pressure before surgery I was taking Metoprolol 50 mg before did good called the heart dr they told me to take one morning and night that didn t keep it down so they put me onAmlodipine5 mg at night my blood pressure is still high 172/110 I haven t been out of bed and i m nauseated Sudsy they pull the Picc line and start onDicloxacill 500 mg4 times a day they said the infection won t go away till they can take all the hardware out they said they can t do that for a least a year and half till my back fused my heart dr can t get me in till March
