How Can Spinal Stenosis Be Treated?
I received a call today from my doctor office. They told me the my back x-rays showed thinning of the spin between 4t and 3t. I do a lot of lifting (up to 20 pounds) and stretching for my job. I was wondering how this will effect my health. Is it time for a job change? My doctor wants me to go to a spin specialist.

Yes, it is of a concern. Spinal stenosis is very bad if there is any nerve compression then it might get permanently damaged and legs and arms would be paralyzed also. You are in danger. Kindly get recorrection surgery for your spinal stenosis and you need to change the job for sure. Rethink if you want your good life without any health issue or this job.
