How Can Spinal Stenosis And Numbness In The Labia Be Treated?

I, am a 71yr. old woman with not only cervical disc space narrowing, but also spinal stenosis that is accompanied by some numbness of the labia, as well as, gluteal numbness and constant spasms along the vertebrae. I, have a Medtronic Pacemaker implanted due to heart rate of 30 beats. Therefore, surgery is not an option at this time. Activity is also not applicable since it causes heavy sweating. Defecation has been impossible because of the spasms, so I find the dependency on laxatives a necessary evil. Can Cannibol oil assist me?
