hi sir i am 26 yrs old and i am suffering from spermatorrhea from the last 5 yrs. I have become very weak that even if I do a small amount of physical work , my body starts shivering and some secretions happen. My hearbeat also increases rapidly sometimes and my face has become very dull . I get afraid of every thing . I f talk to girl ( no sex talk ) even then secretions happen and suddenly lots of cramps develops in my body and I feel exhausted . Some sensations occur at the bottom of the testicles and secretions happen. I have lost sexual strength. Sir please help me as I am unable to focus on my studies . Also there is irritation in the penis everytime . Please help.
