How Can Sperm Mobility Be Improved?

Hello Doc, How can I boost my sperm count and motility? I did SFA/MCS test, time of prodtn is 9.58am time of reception is 10.02am and time of examination is 10.10am and the results shows that volume is 1.0ml, colour is Creamy white, Viscosity is watery, PH is 8.0 and Motility Results shows I have 01% active, 02% sluggish and 97% Dead, while morphology shows Nornal at 60% and Abnormal at 40% the total count is Less than 200cells/ml. Semen MCS results shows Pus cell -Nil, Epithelial Cells -0.6phf, Yeast cell -Nil and RBC -Nil.

Hi, I think you should go for evaluation first to find out the cause of low count and motility. Do a serum testosterone level. Get yourself examined by a andrologist to rule out any varicocele. You can take some medicines like clomiphene for improvement in count. Also do a semen culture and sensitivity to rule out any infection. Infection can also lead to low motility. You can take some antioxidant and antibiotics like doxycycline empirically to improve the motility. Discuss with your doctor regarding this.
