How Can Speech Impairment After Tooth Extraction Be Treated In A 68-year-old?
Hello Sir, I m 68 yrs old lady....My speech problem occurred while taking injection for taking out one of my teeth....In wrong nerve it inject....So from that day I can t say....MRI done....Now taking also medicines....Any other suggestion from our side.

Besides vitamines and nerve supplements there is not too much to be done. You should wait and see, as the nerve damage may take up to some months to recover. Speech therapy may help too.
