General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

According to provided history it can be muscle soreness problem. It can be musculoskeletal pain. For that, non-steroid anti-inflammatory drug like Brufen can be prescribed for five days.

Hot compress can be applied over that. Avoid bad posture while sleeping. If no improvement, then further work up needed.

Provide other clinical complaint if present for giving more comment. Also, consult physician for examination.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
