How Can Sore Throat Along With Neck Pain And Headache Be Treated?

I have had a stiff neck, pain in both sides of my neck and a worsening headache starting from the base of my skull for several days. I have taken Tylenol, Zomig and Advil off and on. They provide temporary relief but it is not going away. I now have a sore throats as well

it is cervical spondilytis. take neck color warm phomantation of neck apply anal gesic ointment externally. take tab hifenac once daily for 7 days. use hard bed avoid pillow at bed time. for sore throat take worm saline gurgling and ezythrocin 5oomg in morning for 5days.
