How Can Skin Tags In The Vaginal Area Be Treated?

This is embarassing. I have had very few partners, mostly woman. I just moved to NM. I have what feels like a tag on my lips , in the vaginal area. I also have a couple around my butt. Not sure what this is but it makes me feel very dirty. I want them gone. Not sure of the color. Please help me! I m a very clean person... Thank you so much!

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi.
As per your case history of skin tags, my treatment advice is -
1. Don't squeeze the lesions as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily on it.
3. Only curative treatment is cauterization or laser ablation done by a dermato-surgeon.

Thanks.
Dr. Harshit bhachech.
MBBS, DDVL.
