How Can Sinus Problems With Mucus, Laryngitis And Breathlessness Be Treated?

I have been suffering from Sinus deases for long.I have had two operations.I have lot of mucus accumulating as a result of which neither can i speak clearly nor can i breath in and breath out properly. Mucus get stuck in breathing or windpipe as told by a doctor.I also have vocal problem and have to make efforts in order to speak loudly and clearly.I feel hardness inside down the neck due to which my voice get supressed and cant' speak loudly.
