How Can Shoulders Pain With Limited Mobility Be Treated?
I am having pain in my shoulder, in fact both shoulders, with limited movement of my arms. I cannot touch my left shoulder with myright arm or visa versa. I also Cannot rotate my arm in a circle back to front. The mobility is getting worse and so is the pain.
Hi,Thanks for your query. After going through your query I came to know that you are probably suffering frozen shoulder as your shoulder movements are severely restricted .Treatment of it is mobilization exercises of shoulder joint and analgesic 8hourly for pain relief. Without analgesic you will not able to do exercises properly. You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it. I do hope that you have found something helpful. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries. Wishing you good health. Take care.
