hi my query is that my mother right soulder is swollen and she cant move the hand upward below the soulder is ok but there is problem at the soulder joint. we have made various treatment but in vain .we have refered to various cardiologist. suggest me what to do and where to consult. remember that i am at nepal right now we have consulted to cardio of apollo when he had visited om hospital in nepal
