Yes my name is Loretta Raymond I am having awful pain in my both of my wrist right and left of them both trapped the pain is very very very hard it it runs into my hands and fingers I can barely used I m just wondering if you can give me I have a wrap but they still hurt

The only suitable treatment for your severe pain for this carpal tunnel syndrome is surgery by cutting the ligament pressing on the median nerve either endoscopically or by open surgery and it is not a major surgery.
But before the surgical option, you may need NSAIDs like ibuprofen and you can try steroid injection into the wrist to decrease inflammation and swelling which relieves pressure on the median nerve.
