How Can Severe Tricuspid Regurgitation Be Treated?

I have severe trcuspid regurgitation, right vintriculat systolic pressure severe pulmonary hypertension. Estimated peak RSVP 96 mmHg. Severe left ventricular hypertrophhy. Ejection fraction ,65%-70%. Thickening of heart, enlarged Critical high blood pressure. Im 40 year old female who smokes and used meth for 25yeArs. Doc said surgery not an option. Im going to die soon. Is it true nothing can be done??

Hello,

I advise you, not to worry because worrying is not the solution for that. There are many causes of your heart problem.
You have high blood pressures. I suggest my patients to consult a good cardiologist first and evaluated there and discuss with them the problem.

As you are asking treatment for your heart problem, there are many options for that. Simply controlling blood pressure would reduce to some extent of your problem. I suggest you not to worry, because there are a lot of options for your problem as the medical field is advancing. Discuss with your cardiologist. Heart transplantation is an option but I hope you may not require that.
