Hello, my name is Dr.Dorina Gurabardhi. I understand your concern.
Some advices that I can give to you are :
-Use oral medications that include: Over-the-counter pain relievers such as acetaminophen, aspirin, or NSAIDs (such as ibuprofen [Advil, Motrin], ketoprofen, or naproxen [Aleve])
-Use muscle relaxants to ease muscle spasms.
-Steroid shot can help but should be administered by the doctor
-Bed restis not recommended
Hope my answer was helpful, if you have any other questions I'll be glad to help, thanks!
