How Can Severe Pulmonary Hypertension Be Treated?

My sister is 33 and just diagnosed with severe pulmonary hypertension with a pfo. She has three children, one passed from hypoplastic left ventricular heart disease. Her prognosis is poor. We live in Kingman az and I need to take her to a specialist that specializes in what she has. Can you help?
