Anesthesiologist 's  Response
hello,as an anesthesiologist,i can say pain relief is the best gift any one can have.i can suggest inter facet joint block i.e an injection which is image guided either ultrasound or c arm guided is given in an operation theatre by an experienced anesthesiologist.this has a local anesthetic combined with a long acting steroid and is given at the inter vertebral joints.pain relief is usually long lasting.once consult your orthopedician or any anesthesiologist regarding the above procedure.take care.bye.
