I was at football practice and I took a knee very hard to the quadricep in my left leg when running colliding head on with another player. It has been a day and there is no bruising but the pain is excruciating when bending my leg or going up stairs and I have my next game tomorrow. My trainer said it could be a really bad charley horse and I have my next game tomorrow and I really want to play. Any advice or instruction helps thanks
