How Can Severe Pain In The Hips And Groin Area Be Treated?

Hello, I have been experiencing hip and groin pain for over 1 year now and the problem appears to be getting worse. I recently had an xray on my left hip and was to that there was mild osteoarthritis. I also have this popping sensation when I move a certain way in a chair or if I lay on my right side and lift my left leg.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The hip pain you are experiencing since 1 year now is due to osteoarthritis.

Take oral anti-inflammatory meds. Light arthritis exercise can help.
Follow your rheumatologist advice.

Wish fast recovery.
