How Can Severe Pain In The Heels Be Treated?

yes I was in an mva in which I shattered both my heels ( bilateral fractures) when I was 28 yrs old,im now 58 yrs old an have been own a pain management program for the last 21 yrs. recently my pain doctor passed away and I don t want to have to go though the degrading sitituation of locating a new pain doctor( not to mention the prices most charge!) is there doctors online that can care for me (I also have yrs of records an am also on disability because of problems. thank you
