Hi,

Ear pain and tinnitus may be due to a middle ear infection or eustachian tube block or pharyngitis or turbinate hypertrophy or Meniere's disease or age or drugs related problems or chronic allergies etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. avoid cool drinks and freeze water avoid smoking and caffeine drinks. Use water vapour inhalation and salt water gargling thrice a day for five days.

Use tablet Levocetirizine twice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
