How Can Severe Pain After A Spinal Fusion Surgery Be Treated?

At 26, in 2010, I had a L5 spinal fusion. Now, I m 34, need L4 and L3 spinal according to 2 neurosurgeons. My pain specialist says don t do it. I get 5mg oxycodene, 120 pills, per month. It s not as effective no more. I m tired of being seen as a junky. I feel like ripping my lower spinal cord out of my body. I m tired of this pain. I can t even work cause it hurts so much. HELP PLEASE

Pain may treat with opioids with NSAIDS (Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) and also we can use antidepressants with antiepileptic drugs.
