How Can Severe Neck Pain Be Treated?
I have bad back and tilted atlas I had to dig to stop out flooding after my neck hurt bad but even before as if I had a ton of bricks on my shoulder I saw my chiropractor and then a matter of a week or so things are doing pretty good and then I went outside to see where our flooding was and I slipped and did the splits and within two days my neck was killing me and my hands started shaking

I think you might have experienced broken vertral bones causing shaking due to nerve compression.
Please follow up with orthopaedic specialist and neurologist. You need to run EMG studies and MRI of vertebral spine.
