How Can Severe Migraines And Vision Loss Be Treated?

Hello. I m 18 and I suffer from migraines that are severe. But for the past 3 days I have a dull pain in the left side of my head and loss of vision in one eye. It s just a bit blurrier. The pain is less severe than a migraine and it comes and goes during the day. My jaw hurts and my ear. I was diagnosed with TMJ a while ago but have never felt like this before. I don t have insurance but should I go in? I m afraid it s a blood clot of aneuyrism but sometimes I panic myself. Should I go in?
