How Can Severe Menstrual Cramps Be Treated After Removing An Ovarian Cyst?
Hello doctor this Ashwini aged about 32yrs last month I undergone laparoscopy surgery due to cyst remove in the ovary and surgery completed with cut and burner falopian tube due to blocked now am getting pain when menstrual time and also I can t lift the waits please give me the advice

It may be due to the sore tissues still being healed.please take rest/avoid massage,fomenting
Can take tablet dysmen forte over the counter.Likely to take a couple of months for regularising the system.
Consult your doctor for confirming the cause after examination or usg scanning if needful.
