How Can Severe Loose Stools In A Child Be Treated?
My baby boy is of 4 months 15 days old. From last 2 days he is passing stools more than ten times a day.he is looking active and also feeding well but stool is completely watery and also have runny nose.since from the day 1 we are giving him formula feeding dexolac1.can u please suggest any remedies to overcome this problem.

Consult a pediatrician and get evaluated.
Adequate hydration is required because dehydration can cause life threatening complications.
Continue breast feed and in severe cases IV fluids maybe required.
