How Can Severe Headache Along With Cold Be Treated?

Hello, I am a 48yr old female... I have had infertility problems all my life due to complications and surgeries as a small child therefore I have never a baby. I am now noticing that I have not had a period in approx. 7months. I have been having episodes of extreme heat around my torso and up but if I attempt to put on a fan I get cold the episode does not last very long maybe several minutes. My husband thinks I maybe going through the change .... I wonder if these are signs that I am. Also I keep getting headaches almost everyday..... I understand this is vague but maybe you can shed some light. Thank you for your time and assistance. God Bless

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As a first line management, you can take analgesics like aceclofenac or tramadol for pain relief. If symptoms persist, better to consult a physician and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
