How Can Severe Fever Along With Head Congestion Be Treated?

I have a 102.9 fever , much head congestion, and feel hot and tired... I have a 3:30 dr. Appt tomorrow, and didn t have much of a fever when I called today. ( my ears crack when I swallow and I have had a sore throats , but not so sore now. Should I try to get in sooner if I still have this fever in the morning? Thanks for advice... You seem to be heaving URTI but it needs to be evaluated, you need ti visit your doctor till then you can take Alegra-D twice a day. And after doctor's visit you might have to start with antibiotics.
