How Can Severe Fatigue Be Treated?

I have just recovered from a nasty chest infection which laid me low for 5 weeks, it started by 8 days of excessive sweating, coughing, choking, weakness, stumbling and falling, vomiting, retching & heaving and severe weight loss. Now in the 8th week I have no energy, can do little or walk far before gasping and needing to rest/sit... my weight is normally 7st 12 lbs but is now down to 6st 8lbs yet i am eating 3 meals a day and sleeping quite well
