How Can Severe Diarrhea In A Rheumatoid Arthritis And Fibromyalgia Person Be Treated?

Severe diarreah but no pain, no loss of appetite and no unexplained weight loss. Have Rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia. Also take a daily synthroid for thyroid disease. Had an injection of biologic rituxin (sp?) about a month ago. I am afraid to eat anything right now.
