How Can Severe Constipation Followed By Low Urine Discharge Be Treated?
I have not had a bowel movement for at least 10 days except for pure liquid (like diarrhea). I tried a laxative which produced 3 more of the same. I had severe pain down very low before this all started and now it appears that the amount of urine I pass is less than usual.

Dear constipation's biggest factor is eating less fibre food.Try to eat more salads,raw vegetables and drink plenty of water.Also taking tab.bisacodyl 2 tab at night time may help.
if above tips do not help then you may need to get checked by a nearby physician.
