How Can Severe Body Ache Be Treated?

I have severe all body bone ache for about a month and then small red papules under the skin appearing on arms and both knee, slightly swollen all over body with no redness involved, extreme fatigue, occassional slight fever. History= hunner form of interstital cystitis, fibro, pelvic RSD. Melds= 25mg fentanyl patch, prn Vicodin, 25mg elavil nightly, and internal nerve stimulator. Symptoms started with pain under left rib & breast with left flank and back pain. Then the symptoms mentioned above continued and excellerated in other places. The docs and somewhat ignoring me and blame symptoms causes on my history, however, these are completely new and different symptoms. Nothing relieves the bone pain. Can you help ?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The red skin eruptions over one side of body involving a particular nerve segment can be manifestation of underlying herpes or other viral lesion. Kindly consult an expert dermatologist in this regard. However, primary relief with intake of tramadol hydrochloride with acetaminophen would be obtained at earliest with prescription from your GP.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
