General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

For erectile dysfunction, investigate with:
• Blood pressure measurement
Serum cholesterol
• USG for prostate
• Serum random blood sugar
• Stress, smoking history, etc.

You are having smoking and SSRI drug intake history. These both can lead erectile dysfunction problem. According to the cause specific treatment is given. If needed Doppler study done for penile blood flow checking. Consult psychiatrist or physician for examination and further work-up accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
