General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

For sepsis, do incision and drainage of local site if possible and send sample for culture, otherwise do blood culture.

As per the culture report, start antibiotics after consultation. Continue and complete antibiotic course, take tablet Chymoral forte after consultation. Apply Neosporin H powder locally and keep it clean.

I will suggest you to follow up with detailed history or consult with surgeon for detailed examination.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam B. Kale
