How Can Seborrheic Keratosis Be Treated?

I have a constant irritation on my scalp which constantly itches. Even if I put vaseline and it covers up with a type of scab, It itches me and the whole cycle starts again with the itching and picking at the scalp. It is about the size of a nickel, reddened, hair fell out of area , scab never does heal, and looks like a depressed area on scalp. I have tried cortisone topicals, zinc shampoos. I try to stay off of it. It feels good to put cocunut oil or vaseline on area for the night. I think the dermatologist feels it is a seborhetic kerotosis, and caused by anxiety. I use tea tree oil and want to get rid of it. At times it bleeds when real irriatated
