How Can Scaly Skin Infections With Rashes And Lesions Be Treated?

Hi I have this skin infection its like small multifocal tiny rashes which with time dries up and when I scratch it by then its scaly. I have had this 2yrs ago, I was treated with anti allergic drugs, it had no effect, I bought griseofulvin and funbact A(an antibacterial antifungal and antiinflammatory cream) which treated it. But not completely, once in a while one or 2 lesions would appear and go without treatment. Now I have d lesions everywhere on my body. The lesions are not itchy nor painful. Its just there after a while it dries off.

Hi thanks for using HCM
According to your history, it could be PSORIASIS. In this, you can find bleeding points when you scratch( AUSPITZ's sign) Try to exclude it.
In mean while
use Betamethasone and salicylic acid lotion application night time.
Moisturiser in the morning time.
cap zinc with B complex course 15 days.
