How Can Restless Leg Syndrome Be Treated?

Hi I have extremely bad restless leg syndrome l sdont sleep all night .but when I wake from an episode from the night before my legs hurt so bad no or can even touch them,I tried tramadol ans wow it helped my restlessness and the Chinese in my legs,.please help me V
