How Can Reoccurring Sebaceous Cyst In The Groin Area Be Treated?

I m 11 weeks pregnant I have a reoccurring subeacous cyst in my groin area I believe it s infected like before... I ve been taking baths with epsom salt for comfort it s thanksgiving tommorow the immediate care clinics are closed until Friday will my baby be okay and will they be able to treat me and drain it with me being pregnant
