Hello,

You must have used veet to remove hairs from your balls and let me tell you that this redness is due to trauma. As there is more moisture in the area,it is likely that mixed type of infection may develop. So I'd suggest keep the area clean and dry and apply a combination cream containing an antibiotic,an antifungal and a steroid. It will certainly help and consult your dermatologist if this condition persists.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
