How Can Redness And Itching On The Eyelids Be Treated?

Hi, I just had my teeth pulled 2 months ago and my eyelids are very red, itchy, cracked and peeling. I am not sure what to do. I am so frustrated. I thought it might be Zinc poisoning, so I stopped the Zinc, but still no relief. I have been to the eye dr. and she said that I had an allergic reaction to something. I can't think of anything that I have changed in my diet or anything. Please suggest something for me to try.
Thanks, Tammi

Hi,

Is this since the teeth were pulled? Could you be allergic to anything they used ? You can try using steroid ointment on the eyelids and oral antihistamines once daily for five days .

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
