How Can Recurrent UTI Be Managed?

Hi I have endometriosis in my bladder and bowel and adeno. I continuously have urine tract infection symptoms and urine has protein, nitrates, white cells in it then the cultures come back saying that there is no infection. Have pain my kidneys, pelvic pain and pain 2 inches below my belly button. Please help

The pain , protein and blood in urine is due to endometriosis not due to infection
Unfortunately there is no solution for endometriosis in bladder just to continued live with it and with pain medication.
Take acid Mefenamic at the very beginning of pain.

You dont have an UTI . The urine analysis come with blood and protein due to endometriosis of bladder . Even the pain is due to it.
There is not definite treatment for bladder endometriosis just pain medication.
