How Can Recurrent C.difficile Infection Be Treated?

I am suffering from recurrent c-diff. 4 treatments of vancomyacin have not been effective against relapse. I have been taking probiotics. Complicating things is that I have a compromised immune system. I am getting increasingly concerned about this dilemma. How would you treat this?
