Hi! So, I recently had knee surgery. They did a proximal re-alignment in my knee and something else... Anyways, I m doing physical therapy now and they said the best way to recovery would be to strengthen my quad muscles that attach to my knee. What do you suggest would be the best ways for me to strengthen my quad?
