How Can Psychosis Be Treated?

Is my psychosis coming back because earlier today I was hanging out with my family over a friends house and everything was good but then I started to feel weird and felt like the tv and the people around me were plainng things against me good and bad and then I felt someone blowing air on the back of my neck and no one did it. I ve had psychosis in the past and I take medicine for it but I m scared that it s coming back. I feel better now but I m just concerned
