How Can Psoriasis On The Legs Be Treated?

Six months before I had flare of soriasis in both legs and some body skin like sholder, back and upper parts of legs. As per my family Dr s prescription of corticosteroid, the swelling and itchiness on all affected parts were gone. But in the areas where those flare are having darkend skin though my healthy skin is fairly white. So, how the darkness will go and I feel normal with uniform skin? Thanks, G. Purohit.

Psoriasis has no definitive treatment till date.
But it can be minimised by taking stroidlike Prednisone 5 mg daily or two times a day. and stroid ointment like Betamethasone . In winter, it exacerrate so special care is needed . If you have severe condition , you can take radiation therapy .
