How Can Pseudo Gout Of The Skull And Spinal Column Be Treated?

I was diagnosed with pseudogout of the skull and spinal column. It was causing extreme pressure of cord causing two cord compressions. spinal column was detached and as much of the pseudogout was removed, but not all. column was reattached to skull. since then I have be diagnosed with RA..I have been prescribed Ra meds. will this get rid of the condition or will it grow back
